Broad claims can hide uncertainty
Terms such as vitality, confidence, stamina, balance, and performance are subjective and may not have a consistent clinical definition. Ask how each claim was measured.
Testimonials are not controlled evidence
Personal stories cannot rule out placebo effects, natural fluctuation, lifestyle changes, selective reporting, or undisclosed incentives. They can generate questions, not reliable effect estimates.
Consider alternative explanations
Fatigue, sexual symptoms, low mood, reduced exercise capacity, and sleep disruption can have medical, psychological, medication-related, or lifestyle causes. An appropriate evaluation can identify issues that a supplement cannot address.
Define a meaningful outcome
Before trying any intervention, define what improvement would mean, how it would be measured, when it would be reassessed, and what would trigger stopping or seeking care.
